Around the world in 60 minutes

Your flight is boarding, your trivia brain is switched on, and you have just 60 minutes to make it around the world.

Around the World in 60 Minutes welcomes groups from approximately 6 players to 100+ participants. Players can compete individually or work together in teams, combining their knowledge as they travel from country to country along a set route around the globe.

During the experience:

• Your live host will welcome everyone, explain the rules, and guide the entire journey from start to finish.
• Players will travel through a series of countries, with one rapid-fire trivia question waiting at every destination.
• Questions cover a wide range of topics including geography, history, food, culture, entertainment, landmarks, traditions, sport, music, and delightfully random worldwide facts.
• Players will have a limited amount of time to discuss each question and lock in their answer before moving on.
• Correct answers earn points, while incorrect answers simply mean it’s time to pack up and head to the next destination.
• Every member of the team has a chance to shine. Your history expert might save you in France, your foodie might dominate Italy or south east asia, and someone on your team will inevitably know a suspicious amount about flags.
• Your host will keep score, reveal answers, share fun facts, encourage a little friendly competition, and keep the adventure moving.
• At the end of the journey, the highest-scoring player or team will be crowned the Around the World in 60 Minutes trivia champions.

Our team handles everything from setup to wrap-up, so all you need to bring is your team, your worldwide knowledge, and your willingness to confidently defend an answer you may have completely guessed.

At the start of the meeting, our host will welcome everyone aboard, introduce the challenge, and explain how your journey around the world will work.

Once the majority of participants have arrived, or approximately five minutes have passed, players will either remain as individual contestants or be divided into teams. Team-based events will also include a short icebreaker before the competition begins.

From there, it’s time to travel:

• Welcome and Introduction: Meet your host, learn the rules, and get ready for your worldwide trivia adventure.
• Team Setup: Players competing in teams will be divided into groups and given a few minutes to create a team name, introduce themselves, and prepare for the competition.
• The Journey Begins: Players set off along a predetermined route around the globe, stopping at a new country for every question.
• Rapid-Fire Trivia: Each destination brings a new question inspired by that country, with only a short amount of time to discuss and submit an answer.
• Answer Reveal: Your host reveals the correct answer, awards the points, shares a fun fact or two, and sends everyone straight toward the next destination.
• Around the Globe: The journey continues across continents, with questions covering everything from history and geography to food, entertainment, sport, culture, and unexpected worldwide trivia.
• Final Destination: Once the journey reaches its final stop, the scores are counted and the highest-scoring individual or team is crowned the winner.
