Every year, the company recruits ambitious new villains to compete for promotions, prestige, and the coveted title of Supreme Executive of Evil™.
The catch? Villain Inc. has terrible management, questionable ethics, and an HR department that's surprisingly enthusiastic.
Working in teams, you'll create your own cartoon villain corporation, invent spectacularly over-the-top evil gadgets, devise hilariously impractical plans for world domination, recruit the world's least competent henchmen, and battle rival villain companies in a series of creative mini-games designed to reward imagination, collaboration, and quick thinking.
No artistic ability, acting experience, or superpowers required! Just a willingness to embrace your inner Saturday morning cartoon villain!
How it works
How It Works
Upon joining Villain Inc., each team becomes a newly established Evil Division competing for a promotion within the organization. Throughout the experience, you'll tackle a variety of themed mini-games where success earns your team
Infamy Points.
One challenge might ask you to pitch the world's most unnecessary doomsday device, while another sees your team creating an elaborate villain monologue, designing hilariously flawed evil schemes, or convincing the board that your army of hopeless henchmen is somehow qualified.
Between challenges, your charismatic host plays the role of Villain Inc.'s delightfully unhinged CEO, delivering promotions, corporate announcements, and questionable performance reviews as teams climb the ranks of the company.
At the end of the experience, only one Evil Division will earn enough Infamy Points to become the newest leaders of Villain Inc!

Meet your eccentric CEO, receive your orientation into the world's most chaotic evil corporation, and form your very own Evil Division.
Corporate Climb to Infamy
Compete through a series of villain-themed mini-games as your team invents absurd gadgets, recruits questionable henchmen, delivers dramatic villain speeches, pitches impossible world domination strategies, and earns Infamy Points in the race for promotion.
Promotion Day
The Evil Board of Directors reconvenes to review every team's performance, crown the most notorious Evil Division, and promote the newest executives of Villain Inc!
After the promotions have been handed out and the board has declared its newest rulers of Villain Inc., everyone comes back together to celebrate the funniest moments, wildest inventions, and most gloriously over-engineered evil plans from the session.
We'll reveal the winning Evil Division, present a few tongue-in-cheek corporate awards such as Most Overcomplicated Evil Plan, Worst Henchmen, Most Dramatic Villain Speech, and Least Practical Doomsday Device before gathering everyone for a souvenir team photo worthy of the Villain Inc. Annual Report.
Your team will leave with plenty of laughs, new inside jokes, and a shared experience that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and not taking yourselves too seriously!
